Las Wednesday, I went out with Scott as usual....feeling fine. I went to go to bed that night, and my legs were an aching, screaming mess. I could barely stand or walk. Coldn't sleep all night.
I took some meds and slathered tons of Valtareen on my back and legs....helped a lot, but I'm still not up to par.
Otherwise, I feel fine....Have no idea what happened so suddenly...I did NOT slip/slide on the ice...or anything like that....a mystery!
