My post is clouded by my disgust with how things are run at least in PA. There is always someone there to take everything you've got whether you want to give it away or not. We talked to our attorney about this when we made our wills. He told us, the people voted for this whether they knew it or not. Politicians are looking out for themselves and their friends. He said it's terrible what they do to regular people, but the politicians have made it legal to do so.
