With this cold weather upon us, have you been cooking some special comfort food mealss?
Yesterday, I made a big pot of bean soup with a ham bone I found in the freezer....yum. Tomorrow, when the kidds come, I plan to fix a nice pot roast with all the goodies that go with it.
Since I'm kinda confined to the cottage due to frigid weather and icey conditions, I've been doing a bit of cooking....finding it fun! How 'bout you?
