I have a sock aid to put on socks and OT taught me to use a grabber for pants and undies. I now wear Sketchers slip in shoes..so easy to get shoes on now. I have a longer shoe horn to help get my slippers on..

Also, if you have trouble washing your hair, there are products out there that use a shower cap to wash and rinse your hair..you just put it on, massage it a few times, remove and style your hair.
