Do you dress properly for the cold weather? I don't! I'm always being yelled at -- for not buttoning my coat....not wearig hat, scarf, gloves, boots, etc. I just never do unless I'm planning on staying outdoors for more that a few minutes. Getting in and out of the car doesn't count! lol How about you?
