Hi ~ Sue, since being diagnosed with my illness of SLE Lupus and Pulmonary Hypertension

in 2013, I have to be careful mainly in the wintertime and cleaning off my vehicle

with any snow and then trying to go out and shop or doctors appointments.

I have to pace myself, because of my Lungs and not shovel to much snow at a time and take breaks.

I was never a person who was in the sun very much and now with Lupus

I have to not be out in it that much because the

UV will affect me and make me have Crashing Fatigue.

Sooner or later, it all catches up with everyone and I'm 63 years old and take it day by day.
