Hi ~ Sue, I have not gave out candy on Halloween for over 30 years.

Now-a-days, there are really no more neighborhood

trick or treating and for years, there's

been events that hold "Trunk and Treat" and

people come and give out bags of candy to hand out from

their car trunk or back of trucks and

kids are dressed up, but it's not the same as

back-in the-day of waiting on the kids

and trying to guess who they were and

all of the meaning of Trick or Treating has been lost.
