My leg exercises for PT I usually do sitting at the dining table waiting for my food. I have a whole set I can do with my feet and legs under the table.
I use 1 pound weights for OT to strengthen arms and shoulders..one pound can be a box of spaghetti or a paper back book or a full bottle of water..
Anyone remember way back when we did an exercise and would chant, I must, I must, I must increase my bust...that's one of the OT exercises I do..not to increase my bust tho..lol
