I'm not really sure what they do for the body, but I feel they are good for my system and take one every day. I also try to eat a little saurkraut each day.
My neighbor/friend, Beth, is all into holistic medicine/heaaling; and when I was diagnosed with BC, she brought me over the very best probiotics she could find. I swear they truly helped me through the ordeal....I had no major issues day-to-day.
