but if I felt tired or had a bad monthly, I would lay down for a nap, but not often.
Then when my illness hit me years ago,
I have to take a Nap because I will get
"Crashing Fatigue" and nothing keeps me awake
and I will sleep for a little while for a Nap
or it will depend on my degree of the Crashing Fatigue and
I can sleep for 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 hours and
get up to eat a snack or drink some water or go to the bathroom
and have to go back and lay down until my
body feels it's rested enough and then
I can flip it around and I think my Menopause kicks in and
I can stay awake for 24, 28, 36 hours and then
my brain and body says it's time to rest again.
As I'm typing out this comment to you
I have already been up close to 16 hours and
it's almost 4 A.M.
It just is, what it is and nothing much that
I can do about it, with the illness that
takes control of your body and you just
learn over time to embrace your new found limitations and
I'm only 63 years old and had the illness
diagnosed in 2012, but I was sick a lot longer and never knew about it.
