Yes...there's a community bus that's available for disabled and seniors. My kids are usually availble if I plan ahead of time. I also have many friends who have offered to drive me places....and, as last resort, there's always Uber or Lift.
To be honest, I don't really go many places....and they are generally outings planned with the kids. My neighbor gals drive me for breakfast/lunch, haircuts...that type of thing....I'm set!
