Hi ~ Lucie, I was grateful to have extra energy and was able to run my errands of

doing my Laundry, going to my P.T. and going to a few stores.

It was still early in the morning and I had time and sat near a wooded lot and listen to the chirping birds and

it's more enjoyable when you can hear them in nature and I'm in an Apartment and can't hear them that well,

if they are not close to my bedroom window and sit in the tree out front

and last was the 3rd and it would be, That I'm grateful to have reached my 63rd. Birthday

and it's always quiet and I bought myself a slice of Cheesecake to celebrate.
