WE were introduced to panty hose toward the end of hig school. Pants of any kind were not allowed for girls and we liked dressing up nice for HS. Remember the wooden stacked heels ?? I had 2 pretty pairs that I wore most days with panty hose or stockngs with garter belt.

When I was working for a Gibson store group in Louisiana, the panty hose came in different colors of plastic eggs, we loved getting shipments to see the newest colors. I wore maternity panty hose later, were very comfy and continued to wear them when leaving in my 5th month to get ready to be a mommy.

I still love hose for most nice outfits for socials. I can't understand wearing those high heels the stars wear without hose, just don't like the unfinished look.
