Hi ~ Lucie, I remember that saying and it's because I had an older Mother.

We used to go to yard sales all throughout the summer and there were not to many thrift stores in my area at the time.

We used to have a small Sears, JC Penny, Grants, Ames, and K-Mart stores and then Walmart came along and that is all we really have for shopping.

We used to have a small A&P and Acme, Food Fair, IGA and now for discount food, all we have is a Save-A-Lot store or a Larger Acme and a smaller Walmart.
