What’s your thoughts on Illini based on this Baylor game?

Andre is a nice slasher piece but not consistent enough to build offense around- goes on TO runs especially when doubled. Tomi needs to play himself into shape. Quentin and Ethan are really nice Frosh and can maybe fill the Wagler role. Hope Vaaks can play D, he’s a great offensive player. I like Williams’ energy. Morillo and Zens might help in a pinch.

Our rebounding was shit, Baylor is physical.

I’m worried about the injury bug

QC seems like the real deal. Tomi and Z didn’t look too focused.

Andrej was bound to happen- he kept falling hard to the floor a number of times.

Definitely a lot of wrinkles to iron at this point. Not the team I thought I’d be seeing based on all the hype.

And what is the deal with Tomi? Did he really have only 2 points in 19+ minutes? I could probably have 2 points (not really, but you know what I mean). The rebounding really ticks me off, a lot of that is effort and "want-to"

I don't like being ranked so highly, told my sister and Amy (the bff) yesterday that I didn't like it, because the only way to go is down..like Costanza said. And it could produce overconfidence and no "underdog" mentality.

Guess we will find out soon enough how good they really are.
