We do not need a single foreign worker. We have massive unemployment and underemployment and AI is going to exacerbate the problem every month from here out.

I guess this is a start....now kick out all of the H1Bs and send them back to India....and make them take atl too.

Next I want to see a ban on foreign doctors getting certifications here.

Trump is the first moderately economically leftist president since Jimmy Carter.

individuals a year....not the millions of indians who've invaded The US the last 2 decades with fake credentials, kick backs, and corporations looking for 60% priced indentured servants.

Actually verify the high level talent and make the company pay a $200k fee to bring them in. Cut everyone else out. Housing costs will go down. Unemployment and underemployment will go down. Wages for Americans will go up.

possibly even worse than the one in northeast Asia when you account for projected productivity at birth by subcategory and start digging into the 100k OD deaths a year and crap like that. The only place in the country where I see majority white crowds are at SC Bar Events or when I go back to Iowa. The sheer level of population collapse has to be papered over. It ain't a coincidence that the first major immigration law passed after the final wave around the turn of the last century was the Immigration and Nationalization Act of 1965 as the baby boom was ending.

The fundamental assumption of all of the "mixed economies" around the globe in every industrialized nation is perpetual growth. When the perpetual growth assumption breaks, no one knows what will happen. I personally predict a coming era of great scarcity because the network effect that holds up vast industrial systems begins to lose scale and the industrial system actually becomes harder to operate.
