Reacher TV Series. As a Superfan of the books..

I looked forward to that series when it started years ago. Season 1 was pretty good..then I didn't watch the next seasons until this past week.

Season 2 - I didn't "love"..it was just OK..

Season 3 - I really liked.

Started the premiere of Season 4 last night and watched all episodes available - and I REALLY liked it. Made me happy that they seemed to get much better after Season 2. I realize that is just my opinion.

Anyway, I don't watch much tv at all because I don't find most programming very good, for whatever reason..so this was a pleasure to actually enjoy a show. Looking forward to the next episode.

Almost made it through the first episode of Black Doves on Netflix.

Remember in Star Wars where the stormtroopers with automated weapons would sweep, shooting at our heroes, and miss?

If I am chasing you in a car and my partner is shooting at you with basically a machine gun, might we hit you?

Or if we walk toward you while blasting away, might we hit you?

My sis will be very disappointed with his politics. Wonder if she'll boycott now? Don't even want to tell her because they like him and the show..oh well. I personally don't really care what any of these actors' opinions are. I just assume they are mostly liberals, I guess.

That said, I think all these actors and actresses should keep their mouths shut - overall -about anything much other than their shows, really.

It's the whole "my opinión is more important than yours because I'm famous" attitude some have that I don't like about it..they are entitled to their opinion...it's a free country. Just don't preach it. I have no clue if he did..just saying that generally, for all of them.

Ditto. It's a large part of why I am not in any hurry to watch tne new season.*

I thought Season 3 was ok but a little campy at times. A little too over-the-top and cartoonish. I do not get that feeling from the books which are lot more serious and edgy. Except for the fact that in the books, Reacher is pretty much superman. The very best at everything.

She had barely been in the show and there they were doing it. I thought it would take a while, after they had interacted more, as happened in a previous season. You know, a little will they or won’t they? But when he was there shirtless and buff, and she in a low-cut outfit, well, I guess something is about to happen….

to appeal to the idiot masses with all these things because of their short attention spans, but I (like you) don't like it.

That was another one..all these women dressed in clothes that NO WAY would you be able to run fast, jump things, fight, etc..lol

So the opening scene on the subway was fun for me, despite the result, along with occasional other shots of the subway and the city.
