And I showed her about selling records. She used to be a big Swifty and now she’s on about some K-pop group…so we took a few of her Taylor Swift albums and I had her plop them on the buy back counter and they ended up giving her enough store credit for her K-pop stuff.

I brought a 3 part box set of the complete Commodore Jazz recordings and got 250 bucks in store credit do I was stoked.

Huzzah!

I kinda wish I had started trying to play them 30 years ago….

buy a cheap acoustic and watch youtube videos. I taught myself how to play when i was a teenager. i'm still not good. 😀

But in the last year i have really put a lot of time in and i'm getting much better. I'm still not good though.

For 300 bucks, kinda hard to go wrong if everything is functional.

Go see it, if the neck feels good and both pickups work, give him the money. If it’s what you love and it inspires you to play, go for it!

Clear finish is pretty great too. *

The only other gear I’d care about is to upgrade to a tube amp. I chase tone not gear. Currently I have a mustang 125 modeling.
