and he case was nearly word for word the same a Law and Order episode. The jury instructions were awful as well.

And that is important in law. And should be important to anyone with a law degree who apparently pass a bar exam. He was found LIABABlE for sexual abuse and defamation. Not guilty. Morons often like to use the term "adjudicated rapist" because the judge, in his personal opinion felt he had committed the acts. A judge's opinion in the matter is irrelevant and holds zero weight. I can give more reasons why this was a complete sham.

Something like the jury couldn't say OJ was "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" in the criminal trial with famous lawyers (Johnny Cochran, F Lee Bailey) but the "preponderance of evidence" in the later civil trial held that OJ was responsible.

Legal beagles are welcome to correct that. :-O
