Watched the first episode of the final season of Peaky Blinders.

Not really feeling it. First, it's been so long since the last season ended that I cannot really remember what happened. Second, the show feels tired. Like it should have wrapped up by now. And I agree with Rondo in that no Arthur sucks.

loved it. a must watch even if just for the maiden scene. fiennes was great throughout

will be a shame if part 3 doesn’t happen. hopefully rescued at least by netflix

I am picking up on the too music-y thing after just the first episode. This series has always loved its anachronistic touches of that sort.

I'm sure there's some marketing genius that is in charge of all this, but I can't agree.

Guess when you grew up with summer replacements and a lot of things changing in Sept when school started, it's hard to get in step with today's (lack of) schedule.

In large part because the actress portraying Aunt Pol died in the offseason. Probably necessitating a last minute rewrite of the all the scripts.
