Tough league, elite competition. Making first team as one of ten is impressive. The team unanimously placed Destiny Jackson and Cearah Parchment on the eight-person all-freshman team.

They should still make the tournament after a difficult stretch.

If everyone returns and is healthy, the team should be very strong next year.

Final: UCLA shot 63%, Iowa 28%. Ouch. UCLA by 51*

They have exactly 1 week to agree to a new deal and it's looking like they would rather implode the league at it's height of popularity rather than take a 5x plus salary raise along with free housing and private jet travel among other concessions. For a league that still hasn't turned a profit in it's 29 years of existence, the vets who are driving the bus off course can't comprehend basic finance and are going to kill the league with their greed.

I will take the under. The league made a new smart offer to allow fast-track young star players to a max contract. They know that support for women's sports is star-driven.
