it sounds like the area that was hardest hit was forest hills - lots of big mature trees and power lines that weren't buried.

class was cancelled monday through thursday and then only sparse attendance on friday.

and they're currently in the middle of another snowstorm that is expected to dump another 2-6 inches.

There were some power outages scattered around parts of Central and Eastern KY but not too many and I think everything was restored within 2 o 3 days.
