I saw Ayo as a HS Jr, top prospect in the state, and he was as clutch as any player ever

but he had a thin bone structure, didn’t dunk as a Frosh, played like total crap against Loyola, and very right hand oriented.

Wagler is taller, bigger boned, better shooter (pretty damn clutch so far), and if he stays one more year and adds muscle I could see him going top 10.

Pro careers are so injury and draft spot dependent (TSJ’s career looking iffy even after the last 1/4 of the season he had last year).

I think he should absolutely leave and go to the NBA because he's going to get paid a guranteed contract, but I don't think he's going to have any long term staying power. I think he'll be a 2 way player for 3 years and then be off to a Euro league.

He’s 6’6 vs Ayo’s 6’4/6’5 which is significant.

Not a pure point guard or as a good of a ball handler as Ayo but a better finisher and overall athlete.

Hope he sticks around another year to develop and lead us to a final 4 or Natty. Unless he wants to go ahead and do that in 2 months.

the finesse stuff is edge wagler but i’m not comfortable when he drives (not often) and definitely not comfortable with the results of his drives
