My firm was involved, albeit on the periphery, in the litigation stemming from the fatal 2006 plane crash at the Lexington Bluegrass Airport. I sat in on some of the depositions of airport and airline personnel. The plaintiffs' attorneys were all very impressive big boy attorneys who routinely handled airline crashes.

We've approached a couple PI shops on this and they have told us that it's actually getting cheaper for the PI guys to source this way than through advertising because Morgan & Morgan has built a PI claim harvesting machine that very few local PI guys can touch.

I settled a nice plaintiff's WC claim earlier this year, with the assistance of an outside plaintiffs' attorney. And I last night received a call on what will probably be a relatively modest motor vehicle accident claim. I will likely once again partner up with the outside attorney.

Morgan & Morgan is a scourge. Although admittedly, I like their comp attorneys in my area.
