i know i'm in the minority, but aside from some of the lame catch phrases i actually kind of liked the guy on color commentary.

this emigration move is definitely kind of odd, but in a weird way i respect what he's trying to do (in terms of leading people to action)... it just seems like an insane remedy to prescribe.

89 team is possibly the best team never to win it with the 91 UNLV Rebels as #1. But the 90 Rebs were almost the same exact team and they did win. And it's my personal belief (there is evidence) that the 91 Reb were paid to throw the game.

But he’s become super annoying on the national broadcasts. Trying too hard to show he’s not rooting for the Illini.

He also called Champaign in 2014 overtly racist and stuck in the 60s.

Now he’s trying to help back men 50+ only to move out of the USA. Not sure if he’s selling this plan or just sharing it with them.

He’s a clown and will be much more likely to be jumped in Mexico than in the US.

I’m not sure if he’s become Dakich for being outspoken where none of the networks want to touch him, or if he took a break solely on his own. He’s 57 and probably made 200k ish a year calling games the past several years so probably has some money saved.
