Louisville is really trying to combat street racing by aggressively seizing, impounding and selling /or destroying vehicles caught engaging in it.

To the extent that any of these vehicles are actually insured and/or have remaining payments owed, I kind of wonder how seizure and destruction affects all that. I hope some of these folks are left owing tens of thousands of dollars on vehicles they no longer own. And which may no longer even exist.

Guns. Have them.
