Coming up on 24- dinner time is the hardest part of the day to fast for me.

My buddy does it. He used to be quite overweight. big hug gut.

And works is great!

I need to try the intermittent fasting. Really need to drop 10-15 pounds and IF and upping my steps to 6k-7k a day from 4800 would probably get it done in 2-3 months.

Is it stands I try to avoid food after 9 pm and not until after 10 am but an extra hour or two would probably help.

He is pretty strict about not eating anything from around 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. until about 11:30 a.m. the next morning.

Even though I wake up pretty early, nothing but black coffee until as close to noon as I can make it.
Then have dinner at a normal time, 6ish give or take.
Snacking between noon and 6 is ok, but not outside that window.

I’ll report back in a few months.
