Does Trump think his random, scattershot approach to things like this is beneficial? To me, all it does is reinforce my belief that he may actually realize he is failing in many ways and is desperate.
Endlessly spending more money we don't have is bad. The lack of fiscal discipline in the second term may be worse than Biden's.
