The date rape drugs came after my time and if that is found in a girl’s system someone should be castrated, but I think booze and sex are more a college-age thing. I believe the stats are non-college girls are more likely to get raped.
And while there was lots of booze and girl chasing I honestly never heard guys plotting rape or even gang sex. Not manly back then.
