Once Micron and SK follow in the next couple months, it will blow past that. Selling at $15 would be a huge mistake. They are already planning on relisting to NASDAQ and will do that as soon as they finalize Micron and SK. $40 will easily happen once they relist and have a quarter or 2 under their belt.

After taxes/etc the SS deal generates $169M annually from royalties and product resale at modest margins. Just ignore the $200 lump sum and the other lump sums that are coming and just 3x the SS $169M for SK and Micron. $509M/385M shares outstanding = $1.32/share. Take that times the industry avg. of 32.2 PE Ratio and that is $42/share in the most conservative valuations that ignores the hundreds of millions in lump sum payments received and on the way.
