I think Kamehameha wants (either 11 or 13) justices... I guess that number represents the various circuit courts that can pass a case up to the Supremes???

Well, thank Gawd there aren't 10 or 12 of those circuits in existence. Or even eight for that matter. She'd have to come up with some other excuse to pack the court... I mean, to ensure justice for all.

CLEARLY nine is the wrong number. Hard to believe it's been that way for so many years!! Need more genius thinkers like her to set things straight.
