Nikki Hiltz won the women’s national 1500m race. Hiltz is a biological female who identifies as transgender non-binary but races against other biological females.

So I guess these rules under debate about banning transgender women from competing against biological women would not restrict Hiltz.

I don’t consider a non-binary gender person who competes against the same sex to be a problem.
