Lots of bitching at the Court for what are statutory interpretations

So much of what I've read about these cases is blaming the Court for what the statutes say. If Congress wants to allow asylum seekers AT the border to apply, then do so. If this decision helps provoke illegal immigration away from the ports of entry, that is not the Court's problem.
