who support the Israel-American alliance (Jewish or otherwise). Folks like me who donate to AIPAC to support the US-Israel relationship. The money in races like this can be significant; however, AIPAC is not nearly the largest PAC spending money in US politics. Many other countries throw significant money around. Someone who nobody has ever heard of, declined 8 debates, and took $20 million in donations from Israel “won” a primary from an 8 year constituent.
I'm not certain about the accuracy of the $20 million dollars from Israel claim. And Gallrein most certainly DID win. Almost by 10 points. Which is huge. No need for air quotes.
Not a good day for either Kentucky or the Republican Party as a whole. Massie *was* very popular in Kentucky. For good reason. In varying degrees, I blame both him and Trump for their ridiculous feud. Ah, well. Eager to see what comes next for Massie.
