for the love of god don’t stay at TI. even harrahs and flamingo are a huge step up and still close to venetian.
there’s absolutely nothing blocked off even DURING the race for pedestrians and certainly not a week out. the only detour for pedestrians on the strip is directly in front of bellagio on the west side. either need to pass on the east side or detour towards the entrance of bellagio and back around.
