Just for fun, I went down Green in Google Street view (dated 2019). From Alma Mater west to just past the tracks... remember Eisner's? :-)
I think there's about half of the buildings still there from that era. The Post Office, gas station at First Street, a few others.
Good to see progress: bad to think "dam, I'm OOOOLLLLDDDD". :-O
