I don't know much about the 3-3-5 D he runs, but I like the sound of it bring some pressure and blitzing which it felt like we were allergic to under Henry. Hopefully we can pull out a few good DLs from his hat to make it successful.

Hauck was definitely a winner at Montana and judging on the responses from Montana fans being either "best of luck coach and thanks for the great memories" or "fuck you, why did you leave us?" I think we have a good one.

I'm guessing this is probably going to be the new trend in this NIL world of successful 1-AA schools head coaches leaving to become coordinators at P2 schools. Hauck is probably doubling his salary and now gets to sit on the other side of the table where he gets to drop bags of cash rather than watch the talent he develops leave for bags of cash.

He also seems like he might be a redass coach, which I'm always a fan of. Let's Bert be the lovable father figure while still maintaining discipline in the program.
