Snowplow truck backed up over our outside cable box

Yesterday afternoon. Smashed it. Lost internet and TV. We reported it to Comcast / Xfinity and said don't bother sending out some guy to run diagnostics and test connections. The box is broken and there's a cable lying loose.
So of course the guy today was a friendly "house guy" looking for trouble at our house. Had to write a ticket for repair. No sh*t.
The way our neighborhood works is that the cable runs underground and comes up for above ground boxes with a splitter for multiple homes and the originator of cables to each home. Easy to access, easy to damage.
