Here's a question: suppose I do 8-pound curls until my arm is tired, like maybe 50-100. I don't understand how much good that would do if I did that cycle X times per day almost every day. What would X be?
Same with lifting the weight straight out to the side until the shoulder tires.
Or lifting the kettlebell up and down.
All simple stuff without going to a gym. What does it take to matter?
