They are making product with how much carbon it produces. Coupled with digital id and the eventual end of cash money, they will monitor all your purchases. Once you have hit your limit, you will be cut off. Want to eat? You better walk to take your bike to work. No cars busses or trains for you!

All in the name of cutting carbon emissions. A problem that doesn't exist. If you believe in man made global warming (ATL does) and you think that carbon emissions is the culprit (ATL does) then you will welcome this.

Let me add that I will bet that people will be able to buy extra carbon credits either from the government or others. (Already a thing with major corporations) Thereby once again, the rich will not be affected. Just the poors. The rich will be able to fly private jets and drive in giant SUVs while the underclass will be stuck on packed disgusting smelly train cars where women get groped an illegal immigrants stab you.
