do incline and flat, but if I go above 200 on incline I can't feel my fingers for three days from all the inflammation I get in my shoulders. Once you're over 40 you gotta be really careful going heavy. You fuck up a shoulder and it's game over. haighter is smart and understands his limitations. Previous Message
