. . . my muscles and elbow joints were painful. Not just workout sore but legitimately painful. But that pain gradually decreased and within about 2 weeks, I transitioned to the normal muscle soreness I recalled from my early weightlifting days.
I just started bench presses and now I am going through what I expect will be the same process. After lifting yesterday evening, my elbows and triceps were screaming last night and most of today. That has eased off a little this afternoon but they are still aggravated.
Oddly, I am not feeling anything in my pectorals right now. I had expected those muscles to feel the worst.
