At the mouth of the Golden Gate where Ike exiled Douglas MacArthur for the end of his career.

It was clear today so the views are beautiful. We visited the US Park Police horse stables and hiked to the National Cemetary where there’s 450 Buffalo Soldiers buried. Stopped and read the plaques along the route.

After we went and got a burger, went to a good local book store and traded in some used books and got a book about bird mythology for her, a book of surfing essays for her grandad and a Thrasher Magazine for me.

Stopped at the record shop and did something similar selling some records for store credit.

Then stopped and fed the ducks Golden Gate Park on the way home.

Will walk down to the beach for sunset and fireworks later.
