The Home Depot people are a good example… sure, they’re just working… but are they paying taxes? Are their employers? Because that would be breaking a law IN ADDITION TO ILLEGAL ENTRY.
Personally, it’s the same to me as the Mike Brown, George Floyd, and Ashli Babbet killings… They had some positives of some sort, overall maybe questionable to some but certainly not death sentence worthy, but then they broke the law and sometimes shit happens accidentally and you know who’s to blame? As I said below, this should be low priority. A citizen father, a citizen child, and an undocumented mother. I like children to be with their mothers and fathers. So do you.
And remember, what if the mother's country does not allow just anybody to move there? Like if she were Canadian, the father can't necessarily just move there because he felt like it.
I wouldn't put my energy here. Go after other scenarios.
