Most of my family hates fish and seafood and I get it. In Gibson City you had your choice of fried catfish or MAYBE a fried walleye sandwich if you trusted the Catholics enough to eat with them on a Friday.

My dad (who will be 80 this August) just started eating grilled Salmon in the last 10 or so years.

But yea...land locked, logistically underserved, small midwestern towns aren't the place to develop a taste for seafood.
