China and India and will not care about football. We will have distance learning fraternities who each have competitive esports teams in games like cricket, soccer, ping pong and badminton. In 20 years the Harvard-Yale cricket game played on some computer in Bangalore will have more viewers than the Harvard-Yale football game could ever hope to draw.

I don't want to bleed the school's budget chasing nonsensical sports crowns.

I know plenty of people (teachers) who went to CSU for a Masters in Edu.

Paid for by taxpayers, plus it punched them up on the government-paid pay scale in their districts.

A different era, but probably the same in today's world. Maybe not Chicago State though.
