there is no more intense club culture than in Southern California. All these things can be managed. And while the system is the furthest thing from perfect, it doesn't need to be trashed. All organizations have its bugs. But it doesn't mean you burn the house down to get rid of them.
And I know you well enough (through the internet) that I bet you're more responsible than you think.
