All MM "has to do" in reality is avoid Relegation as he won't be looking for another Manager's Job when he leaves. With all the money floating about in this "Game" of Football that should be renamed "Sport" you would think that every "League Club" should have "Electronics Technology" funding to guard against crap Refereeing - including all other Officials by the way. Personally I have a "thing" about 4th Officials as being an absolutely pathetic representation of the Code of Conduct.
