Sat in my seat today and once again I weighed up the width of the Pitch and definitely I can cee the whole of the quadrangle where as for many a year I have not been able to see it without leaning forward. Looking at the pitch the side line has been moved inwards by about 18 inches and I can tell that by the distance away from the plastic grass where the side line used to be, and no one will convince me differently. I'm sure this was done to suit this new wing back play we are trying to adopt and failing miserably at. What was the problem with us using wingers (which we don't have) which actually suits a good few players that we already have? I know one or two on this site don't agree with me and that's their choice and all I can reiterate is to have a damn good look at the positioning of the side lines compared to the plastic grass. I was correct when I stated the pitch is sloping towards the Chaddy end and I'm also convinced I'm right with this narrowing of the pitch.
