Nearly right. UEFA found them guilty. The Court of Arbitration in Sport said they were not. They were’nt let off they were found not guilty. The club always contended that the charges were filed by UEFA to undermine their progress - especially driven by clubs like Bayern and Real Madrid. They are taking the same stance now. They see themselves as upsetting established cartels. They could be right?
